Underwhelming stay. Needs improvement
wooden rails sweat bakery
The hotel needs serious upkeep. My room was showing its age. some wooden rails had MOLD and the paint was peeling. breakfast was disappointing. Fruits ran out quickly. The SWEAT bakery was stale. Not baked fresh. it's disappointing given the price.

the free airport and park hq shuttle ran so regularly. i enjoyed the complimentary room upgrade. the handmade honeymoon sign was a nice touch!!!

The free airport pickup and shuttle service to the national park were convenient. My room was spacious and well appointed. The food was amazing . The transport to and from the park was helpful.
The hotel is showing slight signs of wear. Some minor maintenance would enhance the experience.
